I dislike the word scam.  I think it’s overused.  Regret is probably more proper.  Some people buy the program and regret their purchase because they don’t want to do it.  Luckily there is a 30-day refund policy.  From what I can observe, it is most often because people that purchase the program, expect money without lifting a finger.  However, the student needs to lift a finger.  They need to click a mouse.
